3. Quotations and Pricing

3.3 Any additional work not specified in the quotation will be charged at an agreed rate.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 A deposit of may be required upon acceptance of the quotation.

4.2 The remaining balance is due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.3 Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 8% per month.

5.1 You must provide access to the site and ensure it is safe for us to carry out the work.

5.2 You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or permits.

6. Warranty and Liability

6.1 We warrant that our work will be free from defects for a period of 12 months from the date of completion.

6.2 Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid by you for those services.

6.3 We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.

7. Cancellation and Termination

7.1 You may cancel the contract by providing written notice. Any cancellation fees or costs incurred up to the date of cancellation will be charged.

7.2 We may terminate the contract if you breach any of these Terms and Conditions or if payment is not made as agreed.

8. Health and Safety

8.1 We will comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.

8.2 You must inform us of any known hazards at the site.

9. Confidentiality

9.1 Both parties agree to keep confidential any information obtained during the provision of services, except as required by law.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland.

10.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

11.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified to you in writing.
